Practitioner Programme Terms

Who this is for

Therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, counsellors, coaches, nurses and anyone else who teaches paced breathing as part of their work, and wants patches to hand to clients.

What this is not

Being direct, because this category is full of the opposite:

• Not an MLM. There is no downline, no recruitment, no rank.
• Not a commission scheme. You are not paid to recommend us, so your recommendation stays worth something.
• Not an endorsement deal. We do not ask for your name, photograph or professional title in our marketing.
• Not exclusive. Recommend whatever else you think works.

The arrangement

• Sample kits are free, one per practice, so you can try before deciding.
• Bulk pricing applies above the order quantities listed on the clinicians page.
• You buy stock outright. There is no consignment and no sales target.
• You may resell at whatever price you choose, or give them away.
• Standard terms of sale and returns apply, except that bulk orders are returnable unopened within 30 days.

The one condition

Do not make medical claims for the product to your clients, and do not let our name sit next to a named condition in anything you produce. Describe it as what it is: a tactile cue for a breathing exercise you are already teaching.

This is not us being precious. Claims of that kind are what turns a wellness object into an unlicensed medical device, and it would be your registration as well as our company on the line.

Your clinical judgement

You are responsible for deciding whether a breathing practice suits a given client, and for the contraindications on each exercise page. We do not know your client and we are not part of their care.
