Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within one working day of payment clearing. You get tracking in the same WhatsApp thread you ordered in, so there is no separate account to log into.

Rates and destinations

Subscriptions ship free everywhere we deliver. Duties and local taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

Thirty days, opened or not. Half a pack used is fine. We would rather refund you than have you keep a drawer of patches you resent.

• Message us on WhatsApp within 30 days of delivery.
• We refund the item and the original shipping you paid.
• No photographs, no forms, no explanation required.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within five working days of us agreeing the return. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.

Faulty or wrong items

If a patch will not stick, the raised shape is hard to find by touch, or we sent the wrong thing, that is our problem and not yours. Tell us and we replace the pack or refund it, your choice. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Cancelling an order

If it has not shipped yet, message us and we will cancel and refund it. If it has already gone out, treat it as a return under the 30 day policy above.
