These terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

How ordering works

There is no card checkout on this site. You build a bag, send it to us as a WhatsApp message, and a person replies with a secure payment link.

• Your message is an offer to buy, not a completed contract.
• The contract forms when we confirm your order and take payment.
• We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error. If we have already taken payment we refund it in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include no taxes or duties unless stated. Shipping is free over $45 and $4.95 below that.

You are responsible for any import duty or local tax on international orders. We do not store your card details at any point; payment is handled by our payment provider.

Subscriptions

Subscription items renew monthly at the subscription price shown until you cancel. To pause or cancel, send us the word "pause" or "cancel" on WhatsApp. That is the entire process, and it takes effect before your next billing date provided you send it at least 48 hours ahead.

Using the free library

The exercises, tools and stories on this site are free to use personally. You may not scrape, republish or resell the content, or present it as your own. Clinicians and teachers are welcome to point clients at it, and to print pages for use in a session.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, photography and the KEEL name and marks are ours or licensed to us. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you.

Health

This is important enough to have its own page. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not medical devices. Please read the Health Disclaimer in full.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer you have legal rights that these terms do not affect, including rights about goods that are faulty or not as described. Our returns policy sits on top of those rights, not instead of them.

Governing law
