Practitioner programme

The homework they never do

You teach paced breathing in session. It gets forgotten under stress, which is the only moment it matters. KEEL is a physical cue your client can wear out of the room.

Why practitioners use it

Built to survive the walk to the car park

Nothing to defend

No ingredients, no absorption, no health claims. Nothing you would have to justify to a client, a supervisor or a college. It is a shaped sticker and we say so on the box.

Zero teaching overhead

The protocol is in the geometry. You do not have to spend session time on instructions, and your client does not have to remember them.

Handouts included

Printable session sheets for 4-7-8, box breathing, coherent breathing and the physiological sigh, with or without our branding on them.

Works in the moment

Silent and invisible. Usable in a classroom, an open-plan office, a courtroom or a family dinner: the settings where clients most need the skill and least want to be seen using it.

No MLM, ever

We sell direct and through retail. You will never be asked to recruit, downline or earn commission, and we will never contact your clients.

Reorder by message

One WhatsApp thread for your whole practice. Say "another 100 of SLOW" and it ships. No portal, no purchase order.

Talk to us

What we ask of you

Two things, and they are the whole agreement.

  • Do not describe it as a treatment. It is a cue for an exercise. If a client asks whether it treats their condition, the honest answer is no.
  • Tell us when it does not help. We are building an evidence base and negative reports from practitioners are more valuable to us than positive ones.

Would you take part in our trial?

We are recruiting practices for a randomised sham-controlled study, KEEL versus an identical patch with a flat, untraceable surface, measuring whether the shape increases how often clients actually practise. Participating sites get the product free and named acknowledgement.
